I can't find a thread for next year's cohort. I applied second time this year. Last year I was wait listed and hopefully I'll have a better chance this year.

Hi do you mind me asking what your stats were. I want to apply next year and was curious if I stand a chance.

I have 2yrs ICU experience (MICU/sicu). We do have impella, balloon pump, crrt, open heart surgeries. No trauma level but I have my TNCC. I also have CCRN-CMC, PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS updated. I have taken the perquisites physics, gen chem, and biochem. I have a 3.8 GPA from nursing school but over GPA from previous lower grades drops down to 3.4. I have now charge and RRT experience which is different from last years application.

Thank you! Do you know if usc looks at cumulative GPA or just last 60 units.

Did anyone have trouble with the supplemental application? It would only allow 1 file upload for like transcripts and such and once uploaded it could not be edited. I’m not sure if it’s because of my laptop or if it’s always like that.

I had the same issue so I emailed ------------------------. Make sure they receive your official transcripts in time.

Okay glad I’m not the only one. I’ll email her. I feel bad cause I’ve been blowing her up lately LOL. I did see on my application status that they had received my transcripts tho! Assuming that’s reliable.

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one with the transcript problem. I was freaking out! Does anyone know when we should hear back? I know they said interviews were end of Nov-first week of Dec.

I believe last year heard back around Oct 29-31. I think they're expecting to notify us around that time as well again this year. 

Did anyone else receive an email from M*C*** regarding submitting a timeline for completing pending courses, a reminder of interview dates, etc? I did not, but a friend of mine did, which of course, has me super anxious!
