4 years of icu, level 1 trauma and teaching hospital

co chair of retention and recruitment

ccrn for a year and 1/2

volunteer

Do I have a chance?

I still need to shadow a crna

take the gre for my back up schools

take physics and 1 more chemistry class for my back up schools

goal: kpsan fall 2013, very slim chance, but i'm hoping for a miracle.

my counseling session is this week.

Hi!

Thanks for PM-ing me back. I still can't pm you. Oh well, so freakin annoying. The counseling session went well. I really need to do was shadow a CRNA and take my PALS. He said to continue what I am doing. You were saying about them taking young ones to they are trainable, how young? I am in my early 30's. I still feel it's about the right age, I think. I don't know, it was short and I was a bit surprised how dressed up these girls were for a counseling session. I see from their viewpoint of looking your best. Anywhoo, I will take your advice in getting back up schools. It seems they are hard to read and want a certain fit. They wanted me to write why I want to be a CRNA. I was really honest about my answer and was honest how I don't know anyone who is a CRNA. It's my goal to be one and I will get it from this school or some other school. I'm pretty A type like every ICU nurse, LOL!! But thank you so much for your help. I am working on getting the PALS and shadowing a CRNA and improving my statement of purpose and incorporating my experience.

Hi, I am scheduled for a phone counseling session on Mar. 27th. Would this session determine if I get in the CRNA program or not? I received an email from the Admission Director stating that they have reviewed my resume and transcript and I would need to apply by November 1st. Any advice will help. Thanks again.
