Hmmm interesting. Yeah try to email them at least or check your junk mail too. My friend and I already received our rejection email last Friday.

Not sure if this helps or not, but the subject of the email from them was “Interview Offer from the USC Program of Nurse Anesthesia”

I didn’t get an interview. I have a 3.8 GPA in undergrad and have my MSN which I also have a 3.8 GPA in. I have done medical missions abroad, leadership work on my unit....I’m not sure what else I could do or what went wrong? Has anyone here been rejected and then applied again a different year? Or any insight?

Your qualifications are impressive! If you don’t mind me asking, how many years of ICU experience do you have?

Wow, that’s amazing. I wonder if you emailed them if they would review your application and make recommendations for improvement?

That’s what I did this morning and I think you totally should as well! Your qualifications are awesome so I’d for SURE have questions if I was you. I didn’t have an advisor to check in with like the email said to so I emailed Ms. Calapatia to see if she could get me in touch with an advisor to discuss my app. Just waiting on a reply.

I’m sorry you didn’t get the interview. It sounds like your application ticks every single box. I didn’t get an interview last year....but I had a conversation with Dr. Gold last March to go over my application and she emphasized that I have to take prerequisites before applying and I had to do well in them. I think another thing that could deny you an interview is the content of your essay. I am sure your essay was great, but it’s something I would change if your grades and extracurriculars meet their standards.
