This topic is to help those interested in applying for usagpan 2022. (Us army graduate program in anesthesia nursing). I was recently selected to attend in 2021 and I am a recruiter, so I have a unique perspective on this process and I would like to help.

Just wanted to throw out there I didn’t get my orders cut until 17Dec2020 for the FY 2021 cohort. Hang in there!
Thank you for sharing. It’s just particularly frustrating because our commissioning board for this cycle was moved up a few months, supposedly to avoid this issue and have orders published in a more timely manner after Baylor’s decision. Not sure why I’m surprised though!
Received my orders last week. Report to Fort Sam 17th for in-processing. DCC at Fort Sill Jan 30th- Feb 28th. BOLC Fort Sam Mar 1. Hopefully DCC ends early the 28th so I can get to Fort Sam the next day.
How has your guys experience been? My recruiter MAJ Lukwiya has been phenomenal. Super helpful and responsive. My sponsor 1LT Wang reached out the next day after orders. He's been great as well. So far besides the waiting for orders process (I commissioned Sept 27th) it's been pretty smooth.

Thanks for sharing, Frank! Sounds like you’ve had a pretty good experience so far. I have not, unfortunately. It’s been a painstaking process with my recruiter and still no orders!
