USA Work-Study Program for Nurses & Allied Healthcare Staff LEGIT or NOT?

I know there was a thread on this one but there was only one person who replied regarding this matter may I ask and verify again just to be sure if this is true because its posted on the Jobs of this website and who already availed of this said program? thank you for the replies..:)

What is the web site, in general only the US Government can give visas and college it very expensive in the USA.

this is the website.. they replied to me twice but never required me to pay some money just asking for credentials but still I want to make sure if its really true..:)
