USA nurse looking to go to Canada

Hello all,

I am a 57 year old RN/BSN who has over 20 years of experience in the field of nursing.  I have worked in the ambulatory care/outpatient clinic setting for the last 7 years.  I would love to find work in Canada and apply for immigration as well.

Unfortunately, I'm not eligible for express entry or even the provincial nomination program (at least in Novia Scotia) because of my age.

Feeling very disappointed and discouraged.  Anybody here that has experienced the same issues or have any advice???
