US states that does not require PHIL NLE

hello guys! can someone please post a list of states in US that does not require philippine board.

im not planning to work in the philippines because almost all of my relatives are there.

i already graduated last october but decided not to take the NLE because i read from the posts of some moderators here that there are some states that does not require NLE.

im a registered nurse here in California for 4 years. i did not take the NLE. im a US citizen. its simple i just sent them a letter that says im a US citizen and in Philippines they do not allow US citizens to take the board. they never ask for anything else. i did not take any cgfns or any english test. i only took nclex.

Things change and so do state requirements. We have had a few USC post that they have had problems with Ca and not taken the NLE especially if they are allowed to take it. All you can do is see what the BRN says with your application
