Hello all!

I am a RN in Miami, Florida since 2014 with a solid background a Telemetry nurse. I am looking information how to endorse my license to UK since I don’t have much information about this process

Any nurse that have already done this transition  from US to Uk give me some advice what to do, how to do it , and a breed story about their experiences?

Starting point https://www.nmc.org.uk/registration/joining-the-register/register-nurse-midwife/trained-outside-the-eueea/new-application/

You don’t endorse license from one country to another but apply for a new license. Remember getting a nurse license doesn’t always guarantee you will get permission to work in a country

I already get in touch with a recruiter for NHS and I already registered with NMC to take the CBT, once I have CBT passed this recruiter will help me with job offer and so on

I am a chemotherapy infusion nurse in an outpatient setting (in the United States) looking to move to the UK with my sister who is an OR nurse. I'm just wondering if there is any job availability in the UK for an infusion nurse? I don't want to work on a med surg type floor at the hospital, since I prefer an outpatient setting. Or even home infusion. Also, how is the pay for a chemotherapy RN in the UK?

@Faithalia - it depends where you want to work in the UK. London has plenty of jobs for outpatient chemo in both NHS and private, depends what you want to do. Generally will pay at a band 6 but depends on experience. Pay wise take a look at https://www.nhsemployers.org/articles/pay-scales-202324 - that's the base pay then add on inner london weighting which can vary and be around £6000/year for London central locations.
