Does anybody have any insight why the PD for EB3 for the Philippines has not moved since the start of the FY? Its stuck at 6-1-2002 still... :cry:

hello! to all who have been waiting for their U. S application and the retro to be lifted- it still seems a big ? :sniff: we are all in the same boat here so better try to look for other countries where you can apply because as of this moment all my hopes for a U.S job is gone...also hang on to your hospital jobs if u have any,it will benefit you in the long run...

hi! every one.

now a days there is economic problem in US so the US government cannot solve the unemployment for their country.i dont think they are ready to take any more immigrant worker from Asia and other countries.

hi jericjamesrn...yes i have my priority date which is 26Feb2010...me as well is very worried as i have my job offer since august 2009 for a job in stockton ca...and until now it seems that my papers is not moving at all...although i am here in the uk with a very stable job, i still want to go to the US as living here in the UK is very expensive...but because of the retrogression it seems that i will be waiting forever and i don't know if it is still worth it...i don't want to move to the US when i am 50 (sad)!

Living in CA can also be expensive. Although Stockton is cheaper than some areas in CA it's still expensive to live there as you're close to Sacramento and people from Stockton commute to the Bay Area. There are some very nice places in Stockton but also does have a high crime rate there with the gang activity growing from what I was told. Remember that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Good Luck
