Hello! I am an American LPN with 3 years of experience in psych and LTAC/Med Surg. I am currently in a transitions program for my RN and should be graduating in May 2023. I want to be with my partner in England, but upon researching, I found out that England does not recognize LPNs. I also *thought* I read that I need a minimum of 2 years RN experience to work in England? Is that correct? I seem to be seeing different information. The information online is so confusing. Does anyone have any advice or can break down the requirements for an RN (US license) to work in England AND OR Australia? Thanks in advance
