Hi There,
I grew up in New Hampshire for high school but then left for New Zealand with my husband at aged 20. I'm now 27 and will be graduating with a bachelors in nursing next year. I have exceptional grades and fantastic references.
I am desperate to get back to New England and I understand having a year of work experience would be better but we've had some health issues in the family back home and the desire to be closer to them is just so strong that putting it off for an additional year feels awful.
I know I can start the CGFNS process very soon and I can sit the NCLEX in Sydney soon there after. My question is, if I'm willing to be extremely flexible.... is it possible for me to get work in VT? My husband is a structural engineer so he can also look for work well before the transition so he can support us while I'm waiting for work.
I really appreciate any help you can provide as this has been quite difficult and I feel a lot of anxiety about making the right decision.

Possible yes will it happen quickly I don't know as a lot will depend on how things are for nurses in the state. Many states have nurses both new grad and experienced looking for work
