Was wondering who all was applying to USAGPAN FY2025?

Whoever you processed with is who you should be signing with. However if there are extenuating circumstances a different office can be facilitated if there is enough advance.

Got it, thanks Sir!

Anyone heard on when we should get orders?

Not yet. I heard we should have our orders by Nov or Dec. My recruiter reached out to me about my commissioning ceremony. I will be doing the Oath of Office next week.

Getting closer!

Hi! Has anyone of you signed your contracts yet? I just did mine 2 days ago and took the Oath of Office same day. I have received an email today along with 9 other future USAGPAN students indicating that there still might be items that are needed to continue moving our packets forward. I am contacting my recruiter to find out about the timeline on processing and receiving orders. They say 90-120days but I hope it's not the case for those onboarding for USAGPAN. Any input will help. Thanks!

Once you sign the contract your recruiter will forward the paperwork to health services directorate to make sure there are no errors. Once through they will send your info to HRC (human resources command) for orders. It'll take a while.

Thank for the info @MikeyD. It's already November so I'm getting a little worried since I had just signed my contract. Hopefully my orders will arrive on time.

I guess based on last year we got two or so more weeks to wait.

I wouldn't worry. Just ask your recruiter to let you know when it passes QC just for your awareness. It's an uncomfortable feeling waiting for orders but once that QC is done you'll know that you don't need to do anything else and your 100% on track.

Are you saying that after you signed your contract, it took about 2 weeks for orders to come thru?

No. Signed sometime in September a week or so after acceptance. I got a call from my recruiter last week saying everything was good to go with packet and that we are just waiting on orders, but none for me yet. But they got theirs late in November last year, so I anticipate the same thing this year.

I also commissioned/signed contract late (Nov). I thought I was the first ones to commission but now I'm learning that almost everybody signed since early sept. Do you think HRC will take it into consideration that I am on a time constraint and will expedite to release my order?
