Urgent help needed. UK Nurse

I have appyling for deputy ward manager's post in acute hospital setting in the UK, as a part of my interview i am expected to complete 10 minute presentation entitiled

"Discuss your understanding of the role and responsiblities of deputy ward manager and how you envisage this developing in the near future"

Any help would be appreciated. Interview is on Monday.

Good luck with the presentation - have you got a job description? It might be useful to use this as it outlines your roles and responsibilities - I would add in Agenda for Change Knowlege and Skills Framework, appraisal etc if it is not there, but use this as your guide...
