URGENT HELP IN NCLEX-RN :'c

Hello everyone!

I am new here and i need every single help as possible. :(

I graduated in the Philippines last April 2010. I came here in california last September 2011 and my first attempt of NCLEX was last May 2011. (It took me that long due to financial reasons and the application process) As you all see, i have been out of school for 2 years already and i am having a hard time reviewing. I easily get overwhelmed by how much stuff i need to fit into my head and i feel like i cant even absorb them all. I can review few items and then i forget them easily. Heck i can't even focus on reading the book. :( I need advice/tips on how to prepare/study for nclex-rn. How to memorize things easily etc. I also need someone to motivate me and willing to study with me back from scratch. I know this is too much to ask but if anyone is willing to help, i will be forever grateful for all of you. Also, is kaplan course book enough as a study material?(borrowed from a friend) We have financial problems so i really cant afford to buy books nor enroll for a review course. :sniff: This will be my 2nd attempt and i want this to be my last. But right now, i lack motivation and i don't know what to do anymore. It's really frustrating and i just want this to end.

Relax yourself first . Just bulid your confidence then jump into studies. I advices you to do content from different systems on by one then their questions . This way you get to know about your weakness and you can give more emphasis on them . Smile for your self . We can do this . No one can't stop us . Imagine RN after your name . :-)

Hello Smara! As much as i wanted to relax i cant :( i feel like i dont know anything anymore :/ im using kaplan course book and a saunders 4th Ed CD for questions. is that enough? :/

dont get upset with those feelings . i completely understand . i failed three times now its fourth time .same was happening to me but my hubby counsel me . i was felt like a looser but now i overcome that feeling because i know this thing wont help me . nobody can help you .only you can in yourself. i think its enough if you have saunders and kaplan . when are you planning to give test ? . send me your email . i ll send you my notes that i collected from here . believe in you . you can do this . yes :) GOD IS WITH US .

You are right. Its just frustrating i guess. Its like one moment i remember what i read the next, i dont. :/ But yes, i have to put in my best effort to beat this test. This will be my 2nd take and im hoping this will be the last.

I am new to this site as well and I am taking NCLEX for the 4th time, can I pass my eamil along and you help me with the notes you have as well? I have been discouraged, but I am trying to build my confidence back up. Please Help!
