I'm about to make a career change from teaching into nursing or respiratory thearpy. My ultimate goal is to return to upstate NY or maybe Vermont (I'm stuck in FL right now). I'm leaning towards RRT since it'll be faster to get the degree, but is there a need in Ny for it? If I became a nurse it would be ASN first, a BSN is too far off. I need to get back to work within 2 years.
Thanks for any insights.
