Ok....Sorry to complain, but it's better than getting an ulcer! :angryfire
Our new supervisor has been around since March, and things are NOT going well. Trying to push out several of us "old timers" (I have the most seniority with 6 years) by cutting our hours, giving these hours to the supervisor's "buddies", etc., etc. I guess that I don't feel like getting a new job, cuz 1.) I happen to like the place, 2.) I know the routine, and 3.) I don't feel like possibly throwing away 6 years for nothing.
I know my Administrator is aware of what's going on, and yes, I can talk to her; I plan on talking to her sometime in the nest few days. I know I did not give too many details, but any suggestions so far? I'd appreciate it.

If your admin knows, is she planning to DO anything about it?
I hope to speak w/ the administrator in the am.....she has a medical problem going on right now, but I am sure she knows what is going on. I just haven't had a chance to go in, talk, and find out due to the fact my hours have been cut really back. Also, State Survey just happened. That really put a kabosh on things, too. Guess part of the deal was how we did on Survey, and how that could be used.
