UPMC SON graduates ONLY??

I'm applying for jobs so I went to UPMCs website and saw job listings for graduates of UPMC's schools of nursing. ONLY graduates from their schools can apply. So I guess everyone else will get hired after UPMC's nursing students are placed? I know UPMC is creating a lot of clinical positions, especially for nurses. . .but still. Can anyone shed any light on this?

I was a UPMC Shadyside grad class of '08, and I never saw ads like then. However with Shadyside, St. Margaret, and Mercy now being part of UPMC, that's a couple hundred new grads a year being churned out from UPMC. Seeing how the majority of these grads sign contracts agreeing to work for UPMC for at least 2 years, UPMC is probably getting the most for their money. However, I would apply anyway, and there is also AGH and the VA.
