UPMC Shadyside school of nursing

I want to go to Shadyside for Psychiatric Nursing. Does anyone go there?, is it a good program? I also wanted to know about the housing situation. Do you have to have your own place or do they provide one for you like regular college. Just trying to figure everything out !

Shadyside is a diploma program through UPMC. I would bet that their Psychiatric rotation was through WPIC since WPIC is part of UPMC.

Yep, I went to shadyside school of nursing and for psych we did rotations at WPIC and Meekesport. Since it is a diploma program, there is no housing provided or dormatories. There is plenty of cheap, affordable apartments for rent around the school, I rented a 1 bedroom that was approx 4-5 blocks away for $395/month.
