Well things are looking better for the career. I got my suchers out on monday and I am feeling pretty good today. The incision closed nicely(it looks ugly)but it is doing well. Here is where the great news is, my doctor said I could go to work by April, He is going to release me, give me the ok, and write a letter to my employer. The Hospital is waiting and if all goes well I will start by the middle of march. I will have 2 weeks of classroom before I start on the floor. I will be in the cardiac/telemetry unit. I am really Happy this is going to work out. I will have to be real carefull for about a year on my lifting(do not want another hernia)but doctor says it can be controlled(He thinks). At least I am going to be able to work where I want to work(prayers were answered), so thank you to all who put me in thier prayers.
I do have a question if there are any nurses in Nevada? If there are can you give some input on hospitals, pay rate, schools, housing and just overall opinions. Was thinking in future maybe moving out that way. Thanks
