Is anyone else applying to the compressed nursing program at University of Toronto this year for entrance in September 2013? I want to start a thread so we can see when people get accepted and what their grades are like. Good luck to everyone!

After calling my school today, I found out I was accepted at 4:00 pm today!! I have joined the Facebook group (I hope!!)

I'm worried sick. I still haven't heard back from UofT yet. I know they accept students until June 30th, but it seems so late in the game right now. Are they down to their last admission cycle now? Is there such a thing as a waitlist? Help, I'm so nervous!

Hi passion fruit - there is a waitlist, and rejections they send out during this month. Reading previous forums it seems they do send out acceptances in June but very slowly almost one by one.

Also, people do get off the waitlist. So there is still hope.

Thanks for trying to give me hope, but judging from what you just told me, my chances are very slim at this point in time. One by one offers... :( Do they put students on a waitlist/ send out rejections by June 30th as well? Is there already a waitlist in existence already?

Hi, i was wondering about uoft waitlist too. Do they change it from P (pending) to W (waitlist)?

I myself don't know the answer to the above questions - just wondering if anyone has been waitlisted or rejected yet?

I haven't heard back either. Connect.nursing is slower than desired in responding to any inquiries also.
