UNM Hospital Nurse Residency Program and Banner Health New Nurse Experience Program

Hi!

I graduated with my BSN and applied to both the University of New Mexico Hospital and Banner Health (East Valley) for their new nurse programs. I got offered positions from both hospitals but now I'm trying to decide which one to choose. I was wondering if anyone who has been or currently is in either programs who can offer me any insight? How do they like it? Any info is much appreciated as I am so stuck right now ;)

Which did you end up choosing? I found this thread because I'm looking at places to live and work in the future. I have 1 year left in my program.
