Hi everyone, I have created this thread so we can keep each other updated on applying for nursing program.

I took CHEM 108 last month. Now I'm in BIOL 224. One more week! Is Dr. Spangelo your professor?

I came across the 2015-2016 SON handbook http://www.unlv.edu/assets/degrees/nursing/Handbook-BS-Nursing-2015-16.pdf

It provides some general information about clinicals, attendance, dress code, grades, etc.

Someone in the fall 2015 thread was also kind enough to link the book list.

I know right! I am taking some classes to keep me busy. I have the 16th. Also do you think 90.8 is enough to get in, I really don't want to retake HESI if I don't have too.

I think that you will be fine with a 90.8. I've heard that the cutoff is typically lower (around high 88s) for spring and summer sessions.

It went good! BIOL 224 was intense in the summer but I still pulled an A. What classes are you taking now?
