I really didn't want to be this person. Meaning the one who makes/follows a blog for the cohort they're applying for. Only because I'm usually a carefree person and I know this will only cause anxiety.
Anyways, we're about a month away from the deadline, how exciting!
Good luck to all of those applying. :)
I can't post my full points yet, since I'm still a week away from taking the HESI, but if anyone would like to share their points, please do. Also, if anyone wants to provide any tips for the HESI, that would be great as well.
I called and scheduled a signing session today and wanted to share some information with those who may have procrastinated, like myself. There are 5 days left with spots available: June 4th, June 18th, June 19th, June 25th and June 26th and majority of these only have 2 spots available. So, if you have not yet done so, definitely call and schedule your appointment.
I look forward to getting to know those applying and hopefully starting a new journey with you guys come Fall. :)
Actually I just registered for it a few days ago and there were lots of dates still open. I've heard that you get the same questions if you take it back to back, but I don't know how accurate that is. I also don't remember any of the questions I had except what was the longest muscle lol
@Eem congrats 97.28 is a great score, I'm sure you'll be one of the first to receive a call.
@UNLVHopeful I agree, I always thought Fall had the most applicants, maybe a lot of students haven't had their signing sessions as of yet. Congratulations on your score as well, I think you'll be above the cutoff according to previous semesters, but it won't hurt to establish a little more wiggle room!
@nkrz I think you have a good score, maybe right at the cutoff though, but you're right 3 months isn't long to wait at all.
Hey everyone!!
Finally someone created a thread for Fall 2015! I am super excited to apply for Fall! I took my HESI in April and scored a 91 so I was happy with that! Don't stress on the HESI, most sections are literally general knowledge and as long as English is your first language you shouldn't have a problem!
Now the A&P portion is straight forward knowledge with a few fact questions (you either know it or you don't) don't waste your time going too in depth into the sections. Know bold topics, if you took A&P recently you should have no problem! I had a year gap between A&P and the HESI and I scored a 92 in the section! Just breathe and take your time!
If you got the HESI study book by ESOLVE your golden! The only section worth touching up is A&P, but again general topics!!!!!
For anyone who was wondering Summer 2015's cut off was 89.0, normally FALL is more competitive so good luck to everyone!!!!:)
I have a 91.6 and I'm pretty confident. My score is closer to recent cohorts cutoff's but I'm hopeful! This has been a long time coming for me! I start at UNLV Fall of 2011 as a pre-med student. I just switched to nursing last summer so I've been working my butt off to get here!
Oh! and my signing session is June 11th, see you there!
I believe they just take one test over the other like whatever one has the highest overall score I think but still passing each section? I could be wrong though. How did the second time go? Were there some of the same questions? I'm retaking mine next week to try to raise my overall score

Sorry, read it too fast lol. I thought that was your HESI score. As far as having 88.8 points, that's tough. You are probably right at the cut off, or just below. However, I've heard of people getting in with 88 before. I have 90.2 and am worried. I'm retaking the HESI just to see if I can boost it a little more. Don't lose hope though:)
