  1. Congratulations! @ICUTRAVELRN
  2. Thanks for your fast replies! I interview on Monday as well. I will try to catch what they said about when they will be contacting us.
  3. Hi all, would anybody like to tell us about their experience with the interviews? @NICU_Nightingale @JKelly_BSN_RN_CCRN_CSC @FutureIntub8er1995
  4. Application deadline day! So excited for us all. Hugs to everyone. ?
  5. Yay! Hopefully we'll start getting ours as well. :) Are you guys sewing your own patches on or are you taking them to a seamstress or something? Also just for clarification, the patch goes on the left sleeve correct?
  6. I just received an auto-response email saying my card was charged. Hopefully shipping is fast!
  7. Yeah, I wasn't charged either. I was in the second orientation, so I wonder if that makes any difference. I'm definitely calling tomorrow because we ordered them over a month ago. That's ridiculous.
  8. Mine says submitted as well, so I emailed them. I'll keep you posted on their response.
  9. Well, it looks like we've been enrolled in our classes and my balance for the semester says about $5,800, without any financial aid.
  10. Here's the link for the access code: https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/product/9780323100540?role=student It's about $64 on it's own, the package (hardcover and access code) through Elsevier is $182. I think I paid $50 for the book, so even buying the access code seperately it's a little bit saved. Oh and I still haven't found any all white shoes I like. :/
  11. I think there's only one access code as well, it goes with the Fundamentals of Nursing book, but the price I got it used, plus the access code still came out cheaper than buying a brand new book. Yeah, I actually sat down and read the list again and it's no much. I've finished most of it, just waiting on my doctor's appointment and I'm doing the CPR class next week. I think other cohorts started Facebook pages to stay organized, anybody interested in creating one?
  12. @Bianca seriously! I may have to find a PT job or something, I don't have the exact numbers, so I'm not sure how much I'm going to have to come out of pocket, but it's looking tough with normal bills plus anything that may come up that's school-related. @Cierra, they haven't charged me either. Has anyone been enrolled in their classes? I know during the information session she said they would do it for us, but I don't remember when she said she would do it. Once they enroll us in the classes I will have a better idea of how much I will need to come out of pocket every month for a payment plan.
  13. @LV1327 Okay, I'll probably wait on getting that as well. @Jessi thanks, I'll look into it. How's everybody's to do list coming along? I just looked at the checklist again and I have lots to get done, I just scheduled the CPR and Physical Exam.
  14. Yeah, as I looked deeper into used books. I've found that I can get everything for about $400 excluding the Nursing Consultant, since I'm not sure what that is. Is it a website or another app? LV1327: if you have any websites or suggestions, do tell. :) Jessi: Where do you volunteer?
  15. Yeah, haven't made up my mind yet, the ebook option as well sounds great, but never really purchased ebooks before. So I'm not sure, if it's something I'll like or not. Definitely something to look into, thanks! :)
