I really didn't want to be this person. Meaning the one who makes/follows a blog for the cohort they're applying for. Only because I'm usually a carefree person and I know this will only cause anxiety.
Anyways, we're about a month away from the deadline, how exciting!
Good luck to all of those applying. :)
I can't post my full points yet, since I'm still a week away from taking the HESI, but if anyone would like to share their points, please do. Also, if anyone wants to provide any tips for the HESI, that would be great as well.
I called and scheduled a signing session today and wanted to share some information with those who may have procrastinated, like myself. There are 5 days left with spots available: June 4th, June 18th, June 19th, June 25th and June 26th and majority of these only have 2 spots available. So, if you have not yet done so, definitely call and schedule your appointment.
I look forward to getting to know those applying and hopefully starting a new journey with you guys come Fall. :)
I was accepted into Roseman, so that's my backup. They are both good schools, but my goal has always been UNLV. Almost time to find out if we got in
Thats awesome!! I was going to apply to Roseman as well but then I decided against it (for whatever reason at the time lol)
it's time for it to be July already!!
Yea, Roseman had the same requirements. I was hoping they would start before the 4th lol. I have until the 5th to pay seat deposit and stuff for Roseman and that would be awesome if I didn't have to lol. The only thing that freaks me out about Roseman is their 90% test threshold, but you have 4 chances to get it. I really like the one subject at a time and clinicals at the end so we aren't in lecture and clinicals.

Yeah I like how their program runs. I have a few friends who are currently in the program now and who have graduated. Both graduated already are working nurses!
They won't know the cutoff when calls start being made. She told me that as they make the calls, the spots go to the first 48 who actually accept. You have to either accept or turn down the spot. She said sometimes a person who receives a call will have to say no for some reason or another, so then everyone below them moves up a spot and that opens up a spot for the 49th highest score. Does that make sense? She also said phone calls generally go on for about a week since they often have to leave voicemails for people and have to wait to hear back from them with a yes or no before they know the final cutoff. Hopefully that makes sense & doesn't sound like a jumbled explanation. í ½í¸Š

do you think they will actually start doing the calls next week? Ugh, I'm so nervous about the cut off! I hope everyone has normal range scores and nothing too insanely high 😂
