Just wanted to go ahead and make this for all UNLV students planning on applying for the Nursing Program in Summer 2021. Please feel free to ask questions and post the score you are applying with. I just completed my calculation worksheet and will be applying with a 98.43 (not sure if I calculated it properly). Best of luck to everyone. Also, I just took the HESI today, 12/12/20, so feel free to ask any questions while it's still fresh in my head.
I believe that everyone finds out March 2nd. Because Unlv’s admission process is just a calculation worksheet, it doesn’t take them much time at all to figure out your score/points, so having a later signing date wouldn’t matter. They just rank all of the points and then on March 2nd, the top 72 get in

No it shouldn’t. Everything is based on the total points on your application. They’re probably selecting people after the deadline (once all applications have been submitted). That’s my opinion at least. Best of luck!

I sent mine in in mid Feb and after a week I hadn't heard anything so I followed up and the advisor told me he had submitted it, he just forgot to reply and let me know. I'm sure it's been received, but doesn't hurt to follow up!

I took it remotely and my experience was horrible. I finished but it took me about 7 hours because I kept getting kicked out of my session. It’s doable if you can’t take it in person but I would try to take it in person if possible.

Were you able to view your exam results right away?

hi! sorry for the late reply but the advisor emailed me a few hours after I uploaded my question! he was probably stacked with application so it took a couple hours to get a receipt on mine! but thank you so much!!

No I’m pretty sure you find out a month after your signing date whether you’ve gotten in. So it might take longer for you to receive an email but the first people to hear back will be after this week and therefore they should have everyone’s scores imputed. So it should just be highest 72scores get in.
