UNLV Nursing Fall 2017

Hi everyone! So I know it's really early, but I am super anxious about applying for the 2017 Fall nursing program at UNLV. If anyone else is applying for Fall 2017 comment below!! Good luck to everyone :)

So I called them, they said they put "conditionally" on everyone's admittance because there ARE some people who still have classes to repeat . Whew! I was like umm are their classes I don't know about er what lol

I'm pretty sure everyone is. I think that means that as long as you pass your drug and background checks you're accepted. I think. I guess we'll find out for sure on the 13th!

Are you sure @#NURSETOBE that sounds unusually high... I don't know how many ppl applied but still it seems odd

For those of you wondering about the FB group UNLV SON Fall 2017, those are the students who were accepted Fall 2016. I believe they labeled it Fall 2017 because that is their expected graduation time. I checked other groups and the Spring 2017 cohort did the same and labeled their group Spring 2018.

Are you sure about this cut-off points?

How did you get this information in the first place?

I hope you're not making this up because I decided to make a profile for Allnurses so I can ask you this question. Plus I hope you do reply back because the information you just provided affects a lot of people who are still waiting for the call.

That's craaazy. Geez the people applying for all the other semesters are gonna have a fun time trying to get into the nursing program now. So, I don't understand...if they told you the cutoff...that means they're done with all the calls? They called all 48 people in one day ?

Usually they only call for 2 days and since the calls started yesterday, today was the last day for acceptance calls. I'm not 100% sure though.

But 94.38?! WOW!!! That's so high. Congrats to everyone that got in :)

Yes! I still can't believe the program closed with such a high score. They didn't even touch the 93s
