Making this forum for anyone else applying to the Summer 2021 ABSN program at UNLV!
I know it’s a new program so feel free to share your stats, points you’ll be applying with, or if you have any questions
I’m planning to apply with around 49-50 points out of the 55.5. I still have to take 2 more pre-requisites so I don’t have an exact number just yet.
I’m also planning on taking the CNA course at UNLV in April if anyone else is too.

no, I heard that it will be less applicants than the traditional program. did you get a random email from the coordinator awhile ago asking if you are still interested in applying? it makes me wonder if they didn’t get that many applications in at that time

over a month ago. I guess we’ll find out if our cohort is less than 32 people, then that’ll mean that not enough people applied. I have a fear that the program will be canceled if not enough people applied

I know of 3 other students that are applying. I have a feeling getting 32 students will not be to difficult since the UNLV BSN is very sought after and popular.

oh nice! do you know what their points are like? and I’m curious, how old are you? I’m curious what the age group of this cohort will be like since all of us have our bachelors degree already.
