University of Washington (UW) Fall 2019 DNP

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello! I noticed there hasn't been a thread created for applicants of the DNP program at UW for this coming fall and wanted to start one, so we all have some support as we're waiting for the results.

I applied to the AGAC track ? How about everyone else? If anyone else has any helpful information regarding the program or acceptance rate please share!

Sigh~! It looks like we probably need to wait another week or so. I read people started to hear back on March 1st last year. :(

When I went to the info session, the speakers said beginning of March most likely, but they say April 15th in case they run into issues. Which, I think the snow may have been an issue.

I've been searching for UW post for months now and this just popped up! I was really hoping for admission acceptance notifications to be sent out March 1st based on previous years posts.

I applied to the FNP program.

Update: got impatient and called. Received a generic answer, "no later than April 15" ?

Oh my gosh you go girl for taking the initiative!!! That's a super generic answer but I'm hoping we'll hear back pretty soon here. I have a friend who applied to Seattle U and was notified of her acceptance, but she starts in Summer. I'm so scared and excited for all of us!

Also I wasn't aware we could check it on MyUW? I don't think we can? But please if someone knows enlighten us! ???

Hopefully some of us will hear back next week! I'm guessing the snow would push back acceptances/denials at least a week due to the severity.

Just received an acceptance email to the FNP track!

Check your emails - I’m in for FNP! Best of luck everyone!

Me as well for FNP! Hope to meet you all

Just received an email. Accepted to the Midwifery track!

I received emails from UW today as well. Accepted to both FNP and AGNP-PC. Congratulations everyone!!!

Will you be doing FNP or AGNP?

Who is going to start a facebook group? Lol...but seriously...
