Hi, I'm researching on schools to start my FNP program. I'm interested in USC online program & I heard USC just got accredited. I have to keep my full time job ( 3 days a week flexible though). I want to know if anyone graduated from USC online FNP program and is it doable while working three days ? And how was the board?
Thanks

Obv, USC has more prestige but is very costly at 90K+ and CSUSM is comparatively cheaper than USC. Would it matter if I went to CSUSM versus USC. BTW, I did attend CSUSM for my BSN degree. I estimated the cost for attending CSUSM to be around 40-50K. Not sure if it's a good time to be going back to school with this corona virus pandemic. Perhaps, I should wait a year and reapply for school and save more money. Please advise and Thank you.
May I ask which program you each decided on? I am thinking about applying for USC and CSUDH. I like the idea of the zoom classes-- but I don't know if I could really pay over 90k if I were to get in...

But I do know people failed in the class and some were delayed and was unable to proceed. 2 of my classmate dropped out. However, the profs are supportive. I honestly just don’t know if I wanted to pay close to 100k again haha I graduated in May and I had 5 interviews and 3 job offers in LA as a new grad. I don’t know if it was because of the school or I have 15 years of RN experience.
Thanks for your information. Is easy to get in? what they look at for get acceptance? do you know how many classmates you have? That is so good you already got 3 jobs which is so good. What experience do you have?
@renzlao hi! Don’t know if I can private message you but I recently got into the program and it starts in a few weeks. Would you do the program again if you went back? Would you recommend it? Does it get easier? The biggest thing for me is cost. It does sound like a great program with good resources and placements. However I did get into another private school that is about 45k total(half the cost) but is kinda dragged out into 3 years and is designed for people to work while in school. While I like the cost, I would like to be done with school sooner but not sure if you thought the 90k was worth it. Thanks!
@Purplemochi Hi! Are you still in the FNP program? How is it going? I am applying for the Spring semester and would love to hear your personal views on it. Thank you!
