Has anyone on this thread applied to USA for a post-master's certificate program? A friend of mine is waiting to hear if she was accepted, and wondering if they notify those applicants along with the main NP track applicants, or if these are handled as a special case.

I wasn't accepted. Don't get nervous. I only had a 2.8. I have already been accepted into another program so don't feel bad! But I figured y'all would want to know it was in the mail. I live in hammond, la

What program did you get accepted into? My GPA is low as well.

Just got my letter. Got accepted into the psych program! Still in shock! My gpa wasn't great... I think like 3.1 overall and 3.2 nursing gpa... Not sure which they looked at... And 4 years of psych nursing experience. I'm in Florida, hopefully the rest of you will get your letters tomorrow. Good luck everyone!

I did! I applied to the Post master's cert program for Acute Care Pediatric NP. Found out yesterday I got accepted via phone. They just sent out letters on Monday. I had called them yesterday to check on the status because I had recently moved and she simply told me I was accepted! Good luck everyone!

I'm sorry to hear that :( but glad you have another option. Thanks for updating us too. I saw your post and was literally mapping the distance from Mobile, AL to Hammond, LA to see if I might get my letter here in Bradenton, FL today or tomorrow lol... Since the mailman still hadn't come here when you posted. Hope all goes well in the other program you were accepted into. Thanks again!
