Hello! I just wanted to start a thread for USF's Sacramento Campus FALL 2019 BSN Program! Hoping to get to know some of you in hopes of being accepted into the program!!

My stats is 4.0 overall GPA, 4 prerequisite GPA, 1 letter of recommendation, and I have no healthcare experience. I didn't have much hope for USF and I was so surprised I got in. Best of luck to you ?

Thank you. I didn't think I would get in the program. The program is so expensive. Now I don't know how can I afford for tuition : (

Took a tour of the school yesterday and it looks lovely. Didn’t get a chance to go into the nursing building but the campus was beautiful.

Yeah honestly same!!! I'm just waiting for the package to come in the mail so I can get some closure HAHA

It really is though!! I visited like a year ago and I really liked how it's a smaller campus so it's pretty convenient to get around!!

Of course!!! I know the wait is the worst but don't lose hope :)))

I'm pretty sure the people that apply to nursing schools apply to more than one. If anything they'll turn down USF due to the price and the overall expensive living situation!!

But my stats are: 3.7 overall GPA, 3.9 prerequisites GPA, 3 letters of rec, hospital volunteer, and currently a CNA!!!

For those who got accepted, when is your enrollment deposit due?

And for those still waiting, has anyone heard anything yet?!

I didn't get into any other nursing programs, and I couldn't apply to many since I still have an in-progress class, but I am thinking of going to a different CSU so I could get more points for being one of their own students when I reapply to their nursing program. However, the deposit is also due on May 1st and in the email from April Crabtree, she said she will provide another update no later than May 1st. I hope they let me know soon! I really want to attend this school but the sheer amount of competition is scaring me. Also, does anyone know if they sent out rejection letters already?

My enrollment deposit is due by April 26! And with my past experience applying last semester, they sent out first round acceptance letters december 21 and those people had until January 4 to pay and on January 4 I received a rejection letter in my portal... keep your head up and just keep trying if it doesn’t happen for you this round!

I'm still waiting, but I'm also still very hopeful! The competition is terrifying, but I do really want to get into this program so if not this semester, then I'll try again for the next ?

I just saw this forum just now and I'm happy for those who got in. Congrats! I was wondering if anyone received their Admission packet for Spring 2020 yet.

I have no received my packet yet!! They said it would come no later than April 26th though!!
