University of San Francisco ME-MSN, Spring 2020

Hey everyone, I don't think that there is a thread up yet for folks who are applying for Spring 2020 entry, so I figured I'd start us off! I think it can be helpful to be in connect with other students applying so we can update each other, discuss, and await our decisions!

I believe there was a delay last year and notices weren't sent out until late November/early December.

I checked on the "USF MSN CNL non nurse spring 2019" thread and some people posted that they received notifications on 10/18/18 - 10/20/18. Am I checking the wrong thread?

@Ronin_86 did you apply to the SF or OC one? I believe that the SF notifications come out soon.

Two years ago, notifications came out later than 10 weeks after application deadline.

Last year, notifications came out seven weeks after deadline (~October 19).

I applied to the SF campus, so hopefully we find out soon.

Hi y'all,

We are approaching the 8 week mark and I'm trying to focus on other things but part of my mind feels occupied by waiting to hear back!

From what I understand, a round or two of rejections and wait listings will come by email, followed by calls for acceptances. This time last year, some emails had already been sent. Someone tipped me off to check my spam diligently because sometimes an email will come through that way.

Has anyone heard back yet? Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us!

Haven’t heard back from OC yet. I believe they said 10 weeks from the deadline so I won’t be too worried until the 14th of November.

Nothing here. For SF, eight week mark starts this Sunday. Rooting for us. Good luck to OC folks as well!

I keep telling myself not to check this thread until after Nov 14, but I can't stop myself. I need to turn off email notifications, LOL.

I do the same. It's any day now. I applied last sem and they sent out notices exactly on the 10th week. I was waitlisted and then reapplied again. I'm just antsy and I keep checking. Sigh.

did you apply to sf or oc? Also do you know if the waitlist moved much last time?
