Hi! I applied too. Thanks for taking initiative and starting this thread. USF is my top choice and even though they have the fastest turnaround time for admissions, the wait is still agonizing! Let's keep each other posted on any updates. Good luck!!
I know, I feel like I've already been waiting forever! I've been looking at past threads and it looks like it takes more like 8 weeks to hear anything.

Hey all,
I just wanted to check in with you all as I am currently in the program. As to what cohort and such I would like to remain anonymous as I'd like to answer questions with total freedom. I am here because I wish that someone would have done the same for the people in my cohort when I was going through the application process. I know that waiting to hear can be a period of filled with anxiety so I'll tell you what to expect. If you go and read through the posts from previous application periods, you'll see that notifications can and tend to be delivered well past the stated timeline for notification. It is what it is so being patient will cut down on the anxiety. One suggestion I will make to you is if you haven't had any experience with medial calculations I would google it and find practice calculations you can work on. You will be tested in the first couple of weeks after you start. I think it's the same for any program you apply to.
With that, good luck, and I am more than happy to answer questions which I am sure will come up, and more so as the notification timeline gets closer.

Thanks! I'm sure we'll think of a lot the closer it gets!

I just applied. PM me if you hear anything about admission letters going out!
Does anyone know when we will hear if we got accepted or not?
On the website it says that they try to let you know 6 weeks after the deadline which would be late November, but it looks like it normally takes more like 8 weeks. And in past threads it looks like they call the ppl that have been accepted and send letters to the people on the wait list or that got rejected.
Polo,
The last three Cohorts didn't hear on time and it really depends on the quantity of applicants being evaluated. It will be an interesting time waiting, and even if you don't hear right away don't give up. Acceptances have gone out up to the day before orientation. Hang in there! I'll be here throughout this process and am willing to answer questions for you.

Hello All!
I also applied to USF's ME-CNL program for the non-nurse (Spring 2014) Were we supposed to receive an email confirming that our application was received? I turned mine in mid September and my application status just says "Application submitted." I hope we hear from USF this month!

Thanks for sharing MN2b! Any chance you would be willing to share some of your stats? I am curious to see what my chances look like in comparison to those that have been accepted.
I have also applied for the Spring 2014 cohort and look forward to hearing some good news in the weeks to come (fingers crossed!)
Good luck to all!
