University of San Francisco CNL Entry Masters

Did anyone else apply to the University of San Francisco Entry Masters program for Summer '09? How do the notifications go out? Anyone accepted or rejected yet? I just submitted my app 2 weeks ago. Any info on this school including competitiveness would be helpful. I have 3.57 undergrad GPA, 4.0 science pre-reqs, clinical experience. Thanks!

Right now I'm planning to attend CSULA. If I get in, it's going to be a really hard decision. CSULA is a nurse practitioner program and it's half the price. But I loooooove San Francisco! I'll let you know if I hear from them!

Good for you for getting into the CSULA program. That is awesome. Did you apply anywhere else and do you have any idea when you might get word from USF?

Just found abouth this website. I just got the word yesterday i was accepted to USF. Also was accepted to the MSN CM program. I am going to USF though. Super psyched.

joshuapn - Congratulations! was the other program you got into at Samuel Merritt? If you don't mind my asking, why are you choosing USF over the other? I'm really interested as to how you made the decision!

I am waitlisted and haven't heard anything yet. Have been accepted to SMU MSN-CM program but waiting for USF.

123RT, Just curious why you would choose USF over SMU? Is USF supposed to be a better program over SMU?

Hey everyone! I'm a bit late in posting to this discussion. I too will be attending USF this summer for the CNL program. I'm beyond excited. Is anyone looking for a roommate in the city?

I like both programs but my first preference would be USF for follwing reasons:

-cost

-length of the program

-closer to my place

Just received an update from USF that they will notify waitlist students on Friday.
