University of San Diego (USD) MEPN

Hey just wondering if anyone else has applied to the mepn program for next fall? I have but don't think my chances are great. I hold a cumulative 3.2 G.P.A., although all A's and two Bs in the prerequisites. I also competed 190 units so I've taken very hard science classes and hope they take that into account, I also graduated with deans honors and a 3.8 from with my bachelors. I also do many extracurriculars and have worked as an emt and an ED tech to hopefully compensate for my below average G.P.A. what are your guys stats and if you'd like to share what other schools are you applying to?

I didn't really believe it until I got the email Friday (despite the portal update), but I'm in, too. Per the last post, if someone has created a Club for the cohort, I would love to be invited.

Congratulations to everyone else who was accepted, and good luck to those who were waitlisted or not accepted. This was the second time I applied to USD - keep trying. ❤️

Congratulations to all of you who have gotten admitted! I was wondering if any of you could share insight to what the group interviews were like and if you brought any material with you?

Hey! Don't bring anything except a bag or water bottle if you want to, I didn't bring anything. Interview goes by super quick and they didn't ask your typical interview questions more so conversations than questions. I don't really remember what was asked but everyone takes turns talking. Just be yourself you'll do great!

Thank you for responding! I wasn't sure whether or not to bring a portfolio or resume. Do you recall how long after you've been accepted do you have to commit to the school?
