I think it takes a day for the portal to update and show the deposit total amount. Originally, I didn't see it last night, but this morning it showed up. $1000

@KO_1219 Me too. I thought it was weird that they would ask for a deposit but not stating the actual amount.

I received an email from someone from Graduate Admissions who sent me a username and password for the portal on 11/5/2015. Have you tried the "USD Applicants: Forgot Username/Password" Link? See if that allows you to retrieve your information. Looks like it requires your last name and last 4 of your SSN.

If that doesn't work, I'd definitely call graduate admissions for your login info.

There is a very high likelihood that I will accept, however, I'm still waiting on a few other more local programs to me (USF/UC Davis). All financials set aside, I'd definitely pick USD, however, USF will allow me to still live at home and save on living costs and UC Davis is a much cheaper program (~$30-40k total), but it's also their first MEPN cohort (program may be unorganized since we'd be the guinea pigs). There will be tough decision making on my part if I get into either of those two though. Do you know how long we have to pay USD's deposit? If not, I'll just wait until I receive mail from them.

For those of you who haven't been able to access the application portal, I emailed the USD Grad Office to try to get my login since I didn't receive one in November. They emailed back saying that access to the MySanDiego portal will be give once a decision has been mailed. Aka for those who didn't get the login when we applied, we have to wait on the decisions to be mailed. Aka they haven't mailed them yet.
