University of San Diego MEPN FALL 2021

Hi everyone. Just starting a thread for those who are applying for USD's MEPN Program for Fall 2021. I just finished my undergrad in Allied Health. I have done my prereqs previously. For nursingCAS, are we required to take TEAS test? I do not know how will I start with my application. Anyone here had previously applied and reapplying again?

NOTHING! Honestly I am kind of disappointed in the way this is going. I get many emails from other institutions and the fact that the interview is not happening after we learned that it is such an important part of the process is upsetting

I agree! I was reading through last cohort's posts and this is around the time people were receiving decision notifications/letters after their interviews. I guess things are a bit different this year because interviews won't be taking place? All I know is the anticipation is killing me ?

did you apply to others? I interviewed for another MSN program, but that’s about it for me now.

I'm hoping we receive our decisions this week! it looks like last years cohort received theirs on 2/24 and that was with interviews. So it could be at any time now. Anyway it better because this anxiety-ridden waiting period is really taking a toll on me ugh LOL.

Wait actually looks like it was on 2/19 that the portals updated

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share that I emailed Cathleen to ask if could give me a more specific date to expect decisions (didn’t have high hopes) but she basically said there’s nothing she can tell me and if there are updates that they will come through the nursing cas portal. Just wanted to pass that along incase you were thinking of sending a similar email ?

Hey everyone,

im also on the same boat, awaiting to hear from USD ? wishing everyone the best! really hoping we hear back before March, but I know they said maybe early March. 
 

Does anyone know how much the program costs? I’m having a hard time finding any information on the cost.

Hello everyone!

I was browsing around due to my anxiety and found this page. I applied for the Fall 2021 cohort and I am trying to wait patiently. I have asked some of the people that are in the program already and no one seems to know why this process is taking so long. Good luck to all of you!

Hoping for next week ??But should definitely be within the next two. I was kind of expecting an earlier decision since they didn’t do interviews. Anyway this has been the longest month of my life even though it’s the shortest LOL
