I just got accepted into U of R's accelerated bachelors nursing program. Just wanted to start a thread to see who else is going there!

I just got the call as well! I'm so excited!

Tiffany, I am from Rochester originally, and I would be happy to take you out for your Birthday! I know of some great places to celebrate!

I got a phone call today. I got it. I am so happy. For those of you that are still waiting, I think they are still notifying applicants, so best of luck for all of you.

Congrats everyone! I'm sure you're all relieved to finally be getting some answers! May can't come soon enough right!! Nikki, you and Tiffany can add me to the list, my birthday is the week after we start :o) Although who knows how much partying we'll be able to do with how busy I'm sure we'll be

Good luck to anyone who's still waiting to hear!

Congrats to everyone who just heard!

I can't believe they made you wait so long, but at least it was worth it! :) Can't wait to meet everyone in May!

So relieved! Yea, I'm pretty sure we'll be swamped with work fairly quickly. I'm trying not to let that student blog intimidate me too much. Maybe our first weekend we can plan a group outing to celebrate birthdays, as well as the beginning of the year?

No worries! Even the woman with the blog managed to go to dinner every once in awhile. :)

It was a long wait, I know. Congrats to you all!!!

I just got accepted as well!!! I didn't get a phone call but the letter was waiting for me in my mailbox! I'm so excited!!

I too was accepted today. No phone call...just a large envelope in the mail.

Is anyone accepted to the AMPNN? I'm in the FNP specialty...

A group outing that first weekend sounds great!! It may be the only time we have! I keep hearing about this student blog. Where is that located? I'm kind of nervous to check it out...

Does anyone already have housing?? I don't even know where to start looking!!

Hi, California Hopeful! I was also accepted to the AMPNN FNP specialty and would love to talk to you about the program. I'm also in California. Reply here or send me and email if you have time. I am wondering if you were told about the option of working for one year at Strong Hospital after completing the BSN. The person who I interviewed with said that this was a way to complete the Master's portion free (because the whole program is so expensive).

Hope to hear from you or anyone else out there who is entering the AMPNN program!

Hey malapata and California Hopeful,

Congratulations to the both of you! I was accepted into the AMPNN PNP specialty. I am super excited, but my concern is housing. Have you guys started looking or are any of you familiar with the area and apartments near campus?

Hope to hear from you soon :)
