Hi! I'm looking at applying for the ABPNN at U of R. Does anyone know what GPA, major, age, and experiences they are looking for. I completed all the pre-req's and I'm graduating in Dec 14'. I haven't been able to find anyone that was willing to share their background info who already has been accepted in the program! Any details would be GREAT!!

They just called me but I missed their call and will have to call back Monday. They said it was regarding my app so hopefully it is to setup an interview. How long was your interview? Was it in person or over the phone? Im nervous about the interview.

Hi! So my interview was about 30 mins long. She was super nice and just basically told me all about the school. She didn't ask me any questions like I had thought. The only thing that came up is "why did I want to become a nurse" and that was it. So don't be nervous. Also mine was in person.

I have my interview coming up over the phone! I'm so excited.

I heard they only interview 100, if it's 200-250 that they interview, I feel I'm less likely to get in! :(

Also, waiting until June is going to kill me. Good thing I'm signing up for more courses in the summer and fall at my community college - just in case!

During my interview the lady said she knew over 400 people applied and they were giving 200-250 interviews and of that only 64 are being accepted.

never replied! but they called me for a phone interview. it is in may!

Hi All!

I just had my interview today. I think it went well, very standard questions and nothing I wasn't expecting. If you haven't had yours yet, don't worry you'll be fine! It lasted about a half hour. She said there were approximately 275 applicants, 66 students will be accepted into the cohort for September and we should be hearing back at the beginning of June. Good luck to everyone!
