Starting a thread for the May, 2018 start date. Does anyone know the timetable for interviews and the process in general? I was hoping to keep in touch with others along the way. Thank you!

Question for anyone who is already in the program. Are tattoos allowed at our clinical rotation sites and if not, are we allowed to wear a long sleeve to cover them up? Thank you!

I have decided to attend another program. I hope my spot gives someone on the waitlist a chance to get in. In other news, if anyone is interested in taking over a lease at Rustic Village let me know.

Due to unfortunate family circumstances, I deferred my admission to Fall 2018. Hopefully that will open up a spot for someone for this cycle! Good luck!

If you don't mind me asking, does deferring your admission to fall semester garuntee your spot, or will your application just be reviewed again?

Yes it is guaranteed. Nancy informed me to keep in touch and they will send a packet for September's cohort.

No I asked this question and the director said that your application goes back into the pool and its a risk!

@charisma00. It may be based on a case by case assessment.

This is what Nancy sent me in response to my situation:

"...Yes, I think the best decision would be for you to defer to start the program in September. Please keep in touch with us so that we know that you are still interested and you will receive an additional packet as we get closer to September."

Hope that clarified any misunderstanding!
