Did anyone else apply by the Feb 15 priority deadline for Pitt? Looking at previous years it seems like they usually send out interview invites this week so here's hoping! :)

They said that we were going to hear back soon enough to give us a chance to take some Summer classes if we want to do so. Summer class registration ends on the 8th I believe. So am hoping we hear back today. But looking at other trends anything is possible.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but does anyone know if the PT students accepted last year are counted in the 40 student cohort for Spring? Or do they accept 40 student in addition to the PT students from last year?

That is a really good question. I have been thinking about it as well. We can ask some of the current students to see if they have any idea how the numbers work

Looking at past timelines most people didn't hear back from them for quite some time. They changed their tactic over time. Who knows they might be waiting to finish the last 2 interviews in May & June before they call us. Let's try and tune out! At this point it will happen when the time is right.

I'm assuming at this point, a select few were probably contacted? And the rest of us will probably have to wait till June for a response.

I doubt anyone has been contacted yet.  It says official decision time for the Feb 15th deadline is June 1st. Who knows they are probably going to give us some info before then. So far only 40 people have interviewed and half of them are on here am sure we would have heard something if anyone had been contacted

Agreed, I also don't think they've contacted anyone yet. Given that it also took awhile for them to reach out just for first round interviews, it may take longer than we think.
