Hello everyone,
I figured since there isn’t a thread yet for the Spring 2022 cohort for Pittsburgh that I would make one! I just need to take my GRE and I’ll submit my application in a couple of days. Excited to go through this with all of you!
Best,

Level 1 Trauma academic medical center hospitals, etc. I have a previous degree in Biology. GRE 158 Q/ 160 V 5W. CCRN-CMC-CSC, SCRN, other certifications. Preceptor experience, no committees or research.. They want you to really know what you want your project to be.
There were 20 people at my interview day.
Are interviews in person? Or is Zoom an option if you’re out of state?
Thanks!
I got a call from them yesterday inviting me for an interview session on 5/27! They said its entirely zoom-based. First will be a presentation of Pitt's program, then we breakout into interviews (3 individual interviews with faculty, 1 interview with a graduating student, and 1 with a current student where we ask questions about Pitt and the city and all our curiosities). We reconvene for a final wrap up session in the afternoon. Sounds like an all day event!
