I bet you did great! Do you feel like it was heavy on clinical questions or a blend of both clinical and EI/Personality? I also was offered an interview so just trying to prepare mentally for what to expect.

I haven't heard anything yet ? are you interviewing next month or in January? im scared there won't be any spots left

Specializes in MICU.

I interview in January! Hopefully you'll hear something soon, seems like they might be doing things in waves.

I just got an invitation to interview today! check your emails

what day(s) are they offering to interview in January?

Hey all,

I received an invite to interview in Jan 2024 on Dec 19th. I filled out the form and it said I would hear back with a confirmed day and time by the end of the week. However, with the holiday season, I didn't get my confirmed time. I know the school is closed until Jan 3rd, 2024 . Did anyone that received an invite to interview for Jan receive a confirmed day/time slot yet? Thanks!

FYI they said they will release decisions hopefully by end of February! Good luck everyone!

Hey all! Out of curiosity, anyone applying a Penn Alum?

Hi All!

Just had my interview. They said by February 1st they will let us know their decision.

How was your interview

It went really well. They were very warm and welcoming. For anyone that is looking to apply next year: they asked both emotional intelligence and clinical questions based on my ICU experience. Definitely recommend studying and knowing your patient population and the drugs you use on your unit. You don't realize how quickly time passes while you're going through the process. Overall, it flowed nicely and they made me feel confident about the experience.

Thanks for being so open to your experience. I have 2 years of experience in a neuro ICU and have my CCRN but didn't get an interview this cycle. My GPA is only a 3.4. Hoping to improve and do better for next years cycle.

keep your phones on loud today! They are starting to make calls of acceptance
