Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey guys! I know it's early but I thought I would start this. Has anyone applied to this program yet?

Hey Everyone!

Just submitted my application. This is my first time applying to nursing schools, super nervous. For those of you who have gotten decisions already, how long did you wait after applying?

Hey all! I am waiting on my references to come through then I will be submitting my app! How long after all submitted your application did you find out?! I'm super nervous!

I applied October 19th and found out the 29th! I was so nervous as well and truly didn't expect to get accepted or at least accepted so early! Best of luck to you!!

Wow that's so fast! Congrats on your acceptance! Do you remember if it was 10 days after they got your LOR? I wonder if they even look at your app if they haven't received letters yet.

I think I accidentally responded twice earlier, haha oops! I'm pretty sure I didn't submit my application until my LORs had all been uploaded. Either way, you should hear back pretty soon so good luck!

I am thinking of applying to this program. Did they require TEAS or any extrance exam?

The program is also a little more affordable than some other really expensive universities I had applied to. The site says 42K for tuition alone I believe. If some don't mind sharing, are you intending on using private loans? That may be my only option RN due to financial issues with family.

No TEAS or entrance exam! I am not sure what I'll be doing about loans.

Does anyone who was already been accepted know if there is a certain date you have to accept the offer by or how long you have to accept the offer? I am applying to other schools as well that have later dates to give out decisions and want to have enough time to hear back from all of them.

They give you 2 weeks to submit the acceptance and non refundable deposits. I had to give up my seat because I was still waiting to hear back from other schools but thankfully I got into my top choice! Went through a similar situation and it sucks. Wish they give more time.

only two weeks... Oh boy my top choice doesn't open its application until feb... I might have to wait to submit my application until the deadline if that's the case..

You can try emailing --------------------------- to get an extension? A friend of mine got a month to respond and submit the deposits.

Ugh that does suck. I'm in the same situation! I still want to wait and hear back from my top choice and other schools I applied to, but they don't give decisions until March or April. So I'll probably just have to wait and submit my UM application closer to the end of the deadline
