Just thought of creating this thread for the new application cycle. So we can all support each other

I interviewed yesterday. If you're in the morning slot, don't get there before 7:30a because they don't unlock the doors until then. You go in and they get you checked in at the front desk with a sticker ID tag with your photo. Then from there they bring you to the room where they will show you the PPT. Before entering that room you sign in and write the time that you're signing in, which is how they decide what order you go in to be interviewed. During the time you're waiting, one of their current SRNAs is there for Q&A. That part is pretty chill and they invite you to ask any sort of questions you may have.
From there they take each person to the room where they interview you. This year they have a clinical portion with a monitor set up and kind of rapid-fire some questions at you, so def know your stuff. There were four people from the program interviewing me, but I think it was originally supposed to be five, so that number could fluctuate for you. They asked me a couple "tell me about a time when.." questions and then asked me if I had questions for them. The interview is about 25-30 minutes. Altogether I was there about 2.5 hours, which is about the minimum I think. Others whose interview slot is toward the end of the list will be there longer, but I don't think anyone was there the whole time. There was a very short, pretty informal tour. We walked a few doors down and looked at one of their sim labs. Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
