University of Maryland CRNA 2018 Start Date

Hey Guys! I applied to the UMD CRNA program to start June 2018. I just wanted to start a thread here for people to post any news that they hear about their application, questions about the process, etc. I'm also curious about what everyone's stats are, i.e. GPA, years of experience, certs, etc. Good Luck to everyone!

Congrats!!! I got the call too!!! I am soooo excited!!! Got the call around 2:30pm. Congrats to everyone else as well who got accepted!

Thanks! I interviewed in the middle of the first week of interviews. But I talked to a girl who is currently in the program and she said it really doesn't matter what day you interview on. She interviewed on the last day of interviews and got in fine

I also got waitlisted. Anyone have any insight as to how many they waitlist and how this process goes from here?

Hey ICUtoCRNA, we're in the same boat. I️ looked at last years thread and two users both posted they were waitlisted and they were both admitted. Let's hope we're in the same boat! According to last year, they'll mail you a letter telling you you've been waitlisted and have the potential to get in up to a month before they start in July. The two users seem to have gotten in within a month. They don't tell you your place in line. I'm curious to know how many people get waitlisted vs. rejected.

I haven't heard anything. Still says waitlisted. Have you heard anything? It was two weeks last Friday.

No, I haven't heard anything. Yeah, Friday marked 2 weeks since acceptance letters went out. I emailed them but they couldn't give me any additional info other than telling me they'd notify me as soon as something changes.

Does Midwestern University in Arizona require GRE or an interview?
