University of Houston 2nd Degree BSN Spring 2019

Hello everyone, I'm not sure if anyone has made a thread for the Spring 2019 cycle application but here's the thread. A little information about me i graduated at the University of Houston Spring 2017 with a bachelors in psychology and minor in psychology. I'm seeking to get a second bachelors degree in nursing. This program is very rigorous and competitive so im nervous about getting in. I'm taking my TEAS by the end of June. Good luck to everyone!

I've been lurking since July and have been a ball of anxiety since last Friday. I'm glad we had this thread to get through this process together. I wish I had better news but I just received a rejection email. Anyway, congrats to everyone else who made it.

Hi Danny I'm from Dallas. I'm leaving Dallas Thursday night and staying with my sister who is also currently in nursing school. I told my manager i can't work Thursday and Friday luckily she loves me so i was able to request off with no problem.

At the information session, we were told to dress business professional. As a guy, I'm wearing suit+tie.

I'm wearing pants and a nice jacket. I was going to wear a skirt, but didn't want to address whether I should wear hose or not, so im wearing pants.

I actually ran into an alumni at the place I work. They didn't have to do an interview at that time, so she had no idea. The program took her 2 years because she failed a class ������

There's a video on YouTube type in: UH 2nd degree BSN interview. And this is what you should expect on Friday. That's the only thing i can find.

Has anyone received any follow-up email after emailing your attendance confirmation? Is there anything in particular we should bring?
