Howdy! I couldn't find a thread started for spring 2017 admissions for U of H so I figured I'd start one. We can share stats and how we are doing through the admissions process.
I'm not super familiar with the UofH nursing program other than I've heard that it is incredibly rigorous since it is condensed into 1 year, which is the main appeal for me! I already spent 4 years in undergrad at tamu for a BS in Health.
I would love to talk to you all going through this same process!!
Hi! I also was invited to the interview day. I'm so excited! I was curious about us paying for all of this stuff to get done prior to being accepted, so I was hoping we were in too! How cool would that be? I've also already joined the Facebook group y'all made. I am a grad from A&M May 2016, BS in Allied Health with a Psychology minor. I'M PUMPED TO MEET Y'ALL! And pumped to find out if we are in or not! (Hopefully our guts are right!!!) :-)
I think around 120 got an email, and that they just cut our last names in half alphabetically (and sent one email to a-l or something, and then m-z). Because two of my friends that got interviews and accepted the invitation, but I didn't see their emails on my email list I was sent (because trust me I was counting too!!)
Just my little theory though haha.
And I was under the impression (based on reading posts from previous application cycles) that around 60 get accepted! Once again, just my theory haha.

Are we supposed to call to schedule an appointment after paying for the drug test online? I paid for it but I never got any info on how to schedule the drug test once it has been paid. Just a confirmation email that it was paid for.
Thanks!
