:) Does anybody know the pay rates for a RN at this hospital? Is it a good hospital to work at. I want L/D or NICU or mother baby...etc, I am also interested in looking at other hospitals in cincinnati if anybody knows anything. I currently work at cincinnati childrens as a pca, and I may stay there, not sure, but I just want to see what else is out there in this area!!

Tri Health (Good Sam and Bethesda North) is a great organization to work for. Im not sure about the starting pay. I know that st. Elizabeth in NKY starts out at 26$/for new grads.

University Hospital is next to a bad area in Clifton (urban suburb)..which is where the college is located. I went there, I did clinical rotations there. As long as you park in the parking garage, you'll be ok, but do NOT park on the streets across from the hospital. I'm not sure about the pay rates. Go here: www.healthall.com

I'm from the Cincinnati area. The Mercy Hospitals are also great. I'm not sure about their pay though. But I would check them out as well.

I worked in the RCNIC at Cincinnati Childrens as a traveler and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I would love to work there permanently. If you would like to know more or have more specific questions let me know. I am not sure about the pay, I was paid 34/hr plus free 2 bdrm apt in Hyde park and all the other great extras of traveling!
I am donig my clinicals right now at CCHMC! How do you like it there as a pca?
